March was the biggest month for pageo so far. We shipped eight features that make your profile more useful to visitors and give you more control over how it looks, what it tracks, and who it reaches.
Here's everything that went live.
Audience and Subscriptions
Visitors can now subscribe to your profile by email. When someone subscribes, they're added to your audience list in the admin.
After you save or publish a change, pageo prompts you with "Notify your audience?" so you can send an update with an optional message. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Turn it on in Audience settings. You can customize the subscribe button label — choose from Get updates, Subscribe, Notify me, or Stay updated.
UTM Parameters, Content Warnings, and Custom SEO
Three new settings that give you more control over your profile's behaviour.
UTM Parameters
Toggle this on and pageo automatically appends UTM params to your outbound links. If you use any analytics tool, pageo traffic shows up as its own source — no manual tagging required.
Content Warning
If your profile contains sensitive content, show a warning screen before it loads. Visitors choose to proceed or leave, and their choice is remembered so they don't see it again.
Custom SEO Metadata
Set a custom title and description for your profile. These appear in browser tabs, search results, and link previews when your profile is shared. Leave them blank and pageo falls back to your name and bio as defaults.
Instagram Integration
Connect your Instagram account and show a grid of your latest posts or reels directly on your pageo profile.
Choose between posts or reels
Pick 2 or 3 columns
Optionally show like and comment counts on each tile
The grid stays in sync — visitors always see your newest content
Turn it on in Settings → Integrations. The grid appears as a section on your public profile that you can reorder alongside everything else.
YouTube Integration
Same idea as Instagram, but for your YouTube channel. Connect it and a grid of your latest videos appears on your profile.
Choose 2 or 3 columns
Each tile links directly to the video
The grid updates automatically as you upload new videos
Set it up in Settings → Integrations. Like the Instagram grid, it's a re-orderable section on your profile.
Location on Your Profile
Add your city so visitors know where you're based. A location label appears on your profile, and visitors can tap View on map to see it on a map.
Set your location in Settings → Location
Show or hide it anytime from the editor without removing the data
The map only appears on tap — no clutter on the default profile view
GitHub Contribution Graph
Add your GitHub username and your contribution heatmap appears on your profile — just like the one on your GitHub profile page.
The graph starts from your most recent activity
Toggle it on or off anytime from the editor
Visitors see how active you are at a glance
Useful for developers, open source contributors, or anyone who wants to show they ship consistently.
Layout Control and Background Themes
Two additions to the Layout panel in the editor.
Section Reordering
Drag and drop to rearrange sections on your profile — social links, grid links, Instagram, YouTube, GitHub contributions, map, and more. Put the most important sections at the top.
Background Themes
Pick a background color from a set of preset themes. The color applies to the grid area behind your content. Find it in the Layout panel while editing.
Google Analytics
Connect your Google Analytics (GA4) or Google Tag Manager to your pageo profile and track everything that happens on your public page.
pageo automatically fires custom events for:
Link clicks
Social icon taps
Contact form submissions
Profile shares
No custom event tracking setup required — it's built in. Paste your Measurement ID or GTM Container ID in Settings → Google Analytics.
If you have EU visitors, you can optionally show a cookie consent banner. When enabled, GA doesn't load until the visitor opts in.
Google Analytics is a Pro feature.
What's Next
Eight features in one month is a lot. We're going to keep this pace — there's more coming for the editor, public profile, and the Pro plan. If you have feedback or ideas, use the Send feedback option in the command palette or reach out on X.
